Needed Items


Donations help to keep our costs for this event down.  Following is a list of items we need. Please respond to Teresa Welch to let us know what you will donate.  If you can’t donate the entire amount of any of the items, please indicate how many you will provide. All items need to be received no later than Sunday, December 3rd

  • 20 Candle Lighters, available at Dollar Tree
  • 500 White Luminary Bags, lunch bag size, available at Smart & Final
  • 300 White Dessert Plates
  • 300 White Napkins
  • 10 Unscented, Dripless Pillar Candles, 3”x3”, 3”x6”, 3”x9”.  Best price found online through Amazon, or cash donation appreciated
  • 200 small tissue packets

Cash Donations

Of course, monetary donations are always welcome! You can donate at our November & December Gatherings or online at  Checks made payable to “BP/USA SSPCC” can be mailed to our Treasurer Teresa Welch, PO Box 333, Lincoln CA 95648.

Business Sponsors

We are looking for business sponsors who will make monetary donations or donate gift cards for restaurants, car washes, spas, manicures, haircuts, movies, etc. Gift cards are given to our speakers, musicians and volunteers during the event as a way to express our appreciation. Most of our volunteers are local to South Placer County and Sacramento. Email to if willing to donate. Our business sponsors will be listed in the printed program and will be posted on our website.

If you will help us find business sponsors, please email to Attn Chris.  We have letters, etc., for this purpose.

Where to drop off your donations

We need to receive donations no later than Sunday, December 3rd.  You may bring them to our November 2nd friends & family event or you can drop them off at Heritage Oaks Memorial Chapel, 6920 Destiny Drive, Rocklin between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm M-F, 10:00-2:00 Saturday.  If these times don’t work for you, please email to and we’ll figure out something that works for you.
